What FieldBase processes
FieldBase processes account and company information, jobs, schedules, technician assignments, notes, uploaded documents and photos, invoice and payment-status information, and basic first-party product usage events.
FieldBase analytics records bounded event names and acquisition fields. It does not intentionally copy customer job descriptions, notes, photos, documents, passwords, or payment-card numbers into the marketing event table.
Why the data is used
Data is used to provide the requested scheduling, dispatch, field documentation, invoicing, payment, account security, support, and product-improvement functions.
Service providers
FieldBase uses infrastructure and payment providers, including Railway and Stripe. Storage, email, marketplace, and AI extraction providers are used only when the related feature is configured or invoked.
Payment-card details are collected by Stripe rather than stored directly by FieldBase.
Customer choices
Account owners control the job and crew information they enter, the integrations they configure, and whether they submit images or voice recordings for extraction. Owners are responsible for having authority to enter employee and client information.
Retention and security
FieldBase retains operational information while needed to provide the account and for legitimate security, backup, billing, and legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
