Using FieldBase

You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and use FieldBase only for lawful field-service operations. Account owners are responsible for the people they invite and the data entered through their company account.

Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation

The checkout page shows the current price, billing interval, and renewal terms before purchase. A trial does not require a card unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise.

Active subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the Stripe billing portal in FieldBase settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue through the paid billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law.

External services

Stripe, marketplace APIs, storage, email, maps, and AI-assisted extraction are external services. Their availability and separate terms can affect the corresponding FieldBase feature.

Operational responsibility

FieldBase supports scheduling, documentation, invoicing, and payment tracking. Customers remain responsible for job acceptance, staffing, safety, licensing, client approval, invoice accuracy, taxes, and regulatory obligations.

Availability and changes

FieldBase may change or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or product fit. Material subscription changes will be presented through the product or account communications when reasonably possible.
